FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Looking for an energetic, self-starter to greet our patients, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage all front desk duties.
Candidate should posses the following skills:
- Written and verbal communications
- Multitasking and prioritizing
- Dependability
- Problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer knowledge
Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Greet & check-in patients
- Check voicemail messages
- Schedule patient appointments
- Monitor & verify Online scheduler & appointments
- Monitor company e-mail
- Confirm appointments
- Follow up on monthly recall, postcards, phone calls
- Prepare patient charts daily
- Verify insurance eligibility, deductibles, co-pays
- Notify patients eye wear ready, document in patient record
- Eyeglass adjustments & dispensing
- Assist with inventory control
- Filing, faxing, scanning, office supply ordering
- Any other duties deemed necessary by the manager.
